Situated near a highway, it is a short taxi ride to the ferry and a brief walk to the metro line connecting Karakoy to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, and about half an hour from Bostanci piers by Marmaray. Guests appreciate the value for money and the varied breakfast options; however, some have mentioned that the televisions are not smart TVs and USB ports are not available.

Inconsistent Experience, Problems

poor service lounge closure

The room service wasnt great despite my requests for cleaning. The coffee supplies were not replenished. I reported this multiple times, but the reception didnt help. They said it wasnt their department, but I dont understand what to do.
