Dedeman Istanbul Hotel, Istanbul

I had a fantastic stay at Dedeman Istanbul. The renovation made the hotel feel fresh while maintaining its friendly atmosphere. The staff, especially Kadir, Erman, Engin, and Cansy, were incredibly welcoming, contributing to my overall enjoyment. However, I did experience a lengthy wait for the elevator during peak times, which could be frustrating for those in a hurry.

My stay at Dedeman Istanbul was mixed. While the location was convenient and the staff, especially Selma, were quite helpful, the cleanliness of the hotel and the average quality of the room left much to be desired. I faced noisy disruptions during my stay, and the overall experience didn’t align with the expectations typically associated with a five-star hotel.
